At Himaara, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or are beyond the 7-day return window are not eligible for returns. Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
5. Exchange
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
